In the Search Template field, type "market update".
Select the template titled "Market Update Video - Acquire Homes".
2. Customize the Email Subject and Title
In the Subject line, update the date. For example, change "(Date) MLS Housing Report" to "July 2025 MLS Housing Report for El Paso County, CO".
You can add "Video" to the subject line to provide context for the recipient. For instance, you could update the subject line to say "[Video] July 2025 Housing Report for El Paso County, CO".
Click the title "August Housing Report" within the email body and change it to the current month, like "July Housing Report".
3. Update the Video Content
Click on the video player in the email body.
A new pane will appear on the right with video properties.
Go to the Acquire Homes YouTube channel and navigate to the Market Updates playlist.
Locate the most recent market update video.
Copy the link of the new video from the YouTube URL bar. - Return to BoldTrail and paste the new YouTube link into the URL field in the video properties pane. This will automatically update the video in the email.
You may also need to update the month on the video's preview image within the email body to match the new video.
4. Edit the Body Text (Optional)
If you'd like to add a personal message, you can edit the text below the video.
Erase the existing placeholder text and write your own message to your clients, summarizing the video or providing a personal insight.
5. Verify and Send
Ensure all information, especially the month and the video link, is correct.
Your personal information (name, contact details, and signature) is automatically pulled from your BoldTrail account.
Once you are satisfied with the email, click Send.
You can view the sent email in your Sent Emails section.
Important Notes
These videos are typically available on the 15th to 20th of each month after Pikes Peak MLS releases the latest statistics.
This is a great way to stay in touch with your clients and provide valuable, timely information about the housing market.
